Helen & I are organising a fundraising curry night at Red Pepper, Otley on Monday 16th Sept at 7pm Three of Hanks cycling mates are riding the UCI World Championships Sportive in his memory, as it was Hanks ambition to ride this himself had he been well enough to do so, sadly an ambition he never had chance to achieve Red Pepper will donate half the cost of each meal back to the charity which should help us raise at least £400 on the evening. The funds raised will be donated to Leeds Cares the official charity of the UCI World Championships, which is a charity that supports Leeds hospitals where Hank had his treatment Places can be booked through us at £12 per head, payable in advance. We have 60 seats to fill so please spread the word for us! There will be a set menu with a choice of 4 starters, 4 mains with rice or naan bread. A grand total of £400 was raised for Leeds Cares in Hanks memory He'd have been honoured to have a fully Red Pepper eating curry in tribute to him ☺
