I will be joining other friends of Hank in taking part in the 2019 World Championship Sportive.  A 93 mile long cycle ride through the hills and dales of Yorkshire which will include nearly 2km of climbing. 

Sadly Hank passed away earlier this year and won't get the chance to ride with us.  I spent many a skiing holiday being guided up and down the mountains by Hank.  Whilst we never cycled together I imagine it would have been similar to our times in the Alps.  An anecdote on the way up the mountain, a big smile waiting for us on the way down, and a "vin chaud" at the bottom. Probably fewer snow angels though.
